[NEW!] Group & Randomize Review Results

Grouped Responses for Objective/Open Questions:

All review forms’ responses for each specific Objective or Open Question are now grouped and displayed in 1 consolidated view (if multiple people for 1 persona).

• This change ensures that reviewees can easily view all feedback related to a specific topic or question in one place.

E.g. Primary manager doing their Manager review can view all responses from other Primary Managers, consolidated for every question (provided the other managers had submitted their reviews & manager has visibility to it). (Same for when they view their Manager results)

• Same goes for Secondary Managers & Peers doing their Secondary Manager Review & Peer Review respectively (subject to form submission & form visibility configuration)

Randomized Responses:

For Peer Review and Upward Review with anonymous visibility, responses for each question will be randomized. This prevents any biases that could arise from viewing responses in a particular order and ensures a fair review process.

[NEW!] Custom form visibility

This new feature allows administrators to customize the visibility settings for self reviews, primary manager reviews, secondary manager reviews, peer reviews, and upward reviews during the performance cycle launch. This enhancement provides greater control and flexibility in managing the form visibility for each performance cycle.

Default Rules and Customization

• When reaching this step in the performance cycle launch, administrators will be presented with default visibility rules.
• Administrators can customize these rules as needed.
• A "Reset to Default Rules" button is available to revert any changes to the original default settings.
